Aldea Blanca is one of the most in demand urbanisations for holiday makers due to its unbeatable location just five minutes’ walk to Centro Plaza with all of its amenities. It is also walking distance to Puerto Banus with its large choice of restaurants, shopping, cafes and beaches. The complex has lovely communal gardens and several swimming pools. Perfect spot for enjoying during the summer months! Right outside the urbanisation, there are 3 restaurants and a small supermarket so you never have to go far for a bite to eat or to get some essential groceries.This is a contemporary apartment that has been renovated and is tastefully furnished to high standards. Step inside and you are in the bright and open living room, dining area and kitchen. The living area gives access to two terraces. One with a great BBQ and lounge area. The other terrace looks over to one of the swimming pools and has a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay. In addition, there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a single bed. There is one bathroom which is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.The TV, has built in Android platform and Swedish channels. This means that you can stream all devices that you have connected to the Wi-Fi. The platform also provides access to the apps that you wish including Netflix. There is also an alarm.This is the perfect apartment for a couple visiting Marbella who want to relax and be close to amenities.Please be reminded, we are not liable for any third-party source or services including IPTV.
