1. Albatross Hill
Why do we like Albatross Hill so much? Well, it has just about everything we look for in a Nueva Andalucía complex. Above all, the properties for sale at Albatross Hill are spacious and extremely well built, with most south-facing for optimal sunshine and panoramic views across Nueva Andalucía to the sea. Moreover, even though everything – including Puerto Banús and Marbella town – is on your doorstep, you needn’t leave the urbanisation to enjoy tennis, wonderful gardens and pools, an indoor swimming pool with sauna and gym, as well as good security and on-site services. For all this it is also peaceful and charming, featuring attractive Mediterranean styling. Many owners refurbish and modernise the properties available at Aldea Blanca updating both the style and amenities, but retaining the Spanish charm.
3. Andalucia Garden Club
Andalucia Garden Club is pretty similar in many ways, offering a classic Andalusian ambience within a green, peaceful oasis that is at the heart of the buzz in Nueva Andalucía. Thanks to its spacious layout you’re close to all the excitement but can also enjoy the tranquillity and privacy of your home.
