From this property, you can walk to shops, grocery stores, Aloha restaurants, Centro Plaza and even the beach and Puerto Banus. On the first floor you can find the open plan renovated kitchen and living room. From the living room you have access to the terrace and the community garden with three swimming pools, sauna and gym. This floor has one bedroom with two single beds and one guest toilet and a separate laundry room. Moving up the stairs to find two en-suite bedrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds, both with access to their own private terraces. All bathrooms have been newly renovated. Stairs lead up to a large rooftop terrace with a private lounge area, outdoor shower, BBQ and view over La Concha, the garden and the pools.Please be reminded, we are not liable for any third-party source or services including IPTV as well as infestations caused by Natural inhabitants (e.g. ants, mosquitos etc).Regarding your reservation, if you have any specific questions or needs, we please urge you to inform us prior to confirming your booking.
